MINIBUS INFORMATION FOR USERS
The bus is a 15 seater minibus (including driver) and uses diesel fuel. The bus has a weight limit of 160 stone and a 62mph speed limiter. The height of the bus is 2.5metres ( or 8 ‘ 2”). The weight limit (average 11 stone per adult) means that it may not carry 15 full size adults. Seats can be removed if necessary.
Cost: - £30 per day or £70 per weekend. Payment to be made before bus may be driven.
There is a wheelchair access ramp kept at the manse. The bus has two wheelchair harnesses. Please confirm with Wanda, at time of booking, if these are required.
Keys, pickup, drop-off and payment details are to be agreed with Derek.
After use it is expected that the bus will be returned topped up with diesel and properly cleaned out of rubbish.
There is a form in the bus for users to fill in, with driver/group names, date of use, and starting and finishing mileage.
Please record details of fuel added and any accidents or problems encountered.
Any wilfull damage to or reckless use of the vehicle will need to be rectified at the users own expense.
The first aid box in the bus is positioned just inside the rear doors. Please note any use of this box on the above form, so that the box may be refilled when necessary.
